Brake Hoses
At Tubes N’ Hoses, we are an authorized Brakequip dealer specializing in the fabrication and rebuilding of brake and clutch hoses for a wide range of vehicles, including cars, trucks, lifted vehicles, motorcycles, and ATVs. Our comprehensive inventory includes a full selection of brake hose ends, and if your brake hose is obsolete, we can reuse the existing ends by attaching new crimp shells.
We offer both standard rubber and braided stainless steel hoses, all tested to 3000 PSI and DOT-certified for reliability and safety. Our extensive inventory also includes brake plumbing hardware, tubing nuts, joiners, and banjo bolts. We stock rolls of EZ bend copper nickel tubing and can flare ends to meet your specifications. Air-Conditioning Hoses
Our team can offer expert services for making and rebuilding air-conditioning hoses for virtually any application. Many vehicles have proprietary ends that are not available new, but we can reuse these fittings by welding on new crimp stems and ferrules, working with both aluminum and steel hoses.
Our process involves crimping the hose to the original end with OE-quality precision, often resulting in a rebuilt hose that lasts longer than the original. Please ensure the original hose end is not damaged or corroded for the best results.
We also create new A/C lines for universal and custom installations, including applications for tractors and hot rods. Simply provide us with an approximate diagram of hose lengths and the correct fitting types, and we will supply the necessary materials. You can then lay the hoses on your vehicle for a preliminary fit. Once you’re done, bring the materials back to us for final crimping, and we’ll ensure everything is perfectly finished.
Power Steering Hoses
We provide a full range of power steering hose solutions, including stock and custom options. We keep an extensive inventory of standard ends and specialty fittings, such as bump tube to AN fittings, perfect for completing your hot rod or special project.
When rebuilding OE power steering hoses, we carefully remove the original crimp shells and install new ferrules on the ends. We then crimp on new hoses, ensuring a precise fit. To maintain performance and reduce unwanted noise, we reinstall the original restrictors or orifices into the new hoses.
